Basic studio package with access to entire studio, kitchenette, and lounge. Does not include access to the prop closet.

Cancellation Policy

PRISM STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered between Prism Studio, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord," and the Client, hereinafter referred to as "Client." Rental Terms and Conditions: 1. Studio Usage: Client agrees to rent the studio space for the specified date and time paid for. The rental period includes set-up and tear-down time, and Client must vacate the studio by the agreed-upon end time. 2. Restrictions: - No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the studio premises at any time. - No Glitter or Confetti: The use of glitter, confetti, or any similar materials is strictly prohibited. - No Open Flames: Open flames, such as candles, are not permitted in the studio. 3. Refunds and Rescheduling: - No Refunds: Client understands and agrees that there are no refunds for the rental fees. - Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their rental up to 24 hours before their scheduled rental time, subject to availability. 4. Restroom Facilities: There are no public restrooms available on the studio premises. Please plan accordingly. 5. Parking: Clients are prohibited from parking in the apartment parking lot to the north of the studio. Please adhere to designated parking areas. 6. Cleanliness and Tidiness: - Tidy Studio Space: Clients must keep the studio space tidy during their rental period. - Clean-Up: Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including any equipment, props, or materials used during the rental. 7. Loss or Damage: Client is responsible and liable for any loss, damage, or breakage of studio property, equipment, or furnishings during their rental period.
